Recent Work: Golf Tournament Composition

This year I've assumed a new role at school as Artist in Residence, AIR as some will call it. With this new role, I get to create Art on all ends of the spectrum for ECS.  This recent piece was for the Steve Collums Classic in September. Steve was headmaster at served at ECS for 32 years. He was also a dear family friend and it was an honor to have known him and to get to be a part of this tournament to celebrate his legacy.

New Watercolor: Finos

Spring break provided some much needed down time to paint and over the break I finished this new watercolor of Finos. They have started carrying my prints and I thought it only fitting that Finos have its own watercolor tribute. This place is full of great food and memories for Hill and I- we swear they lace the food with crack, but we're ok with that.  Prints are coming soon- make sure you're on the mailing list for the print announcement and pre-orders.

Good Golly, Its Molly's

This year is the 30th anniversary of Molly's La Casita in Midtown. As a part of their celebration the owner of Molly's Jamie Chapman contacted me to create a painting of Molly's.  I couldnt have been more excited. When i graduated from Memphis College of Art with my MAAEd, we went to Molly's to celebrate.  Im a sucker for their fish Tacos. As a part of their 30th anniversary Mollys is hosting a 12-12-12 event.  I will be on hand that eventing selling limited edition signed and numbered prints for that night only. If they celebrate like the cook, it will be quite the event!
